adorer is an adult friendly community set in the four major cities: los angeles, new york city, london, seoul. the permise of the community is based on an app, adorer, which can be used for finding friendships, hookups, relationships, or general networking. users of the app are given free access to expand their radius, giving them the ability to match with users in different cities.

using rp magic, all characters will be the winners of "enter to win in all expenses paid vacation" when adorer hosts community wide events! this includes airfare to the host city, hotel rooms, and entrance into events.

when setting up, we ask for the following:

an ic or ooc username with no excessive missing letters and no numbers

a bio with the basics (name, age, occupation). we do not require a full 200 word bio until three weeks of being added (this can count toward your first activity).

both a friends only post and a screened post (you can friends lock these once you've been added!)

instead of updates being on a monthly basis, we require members to update every 3 weeks. don't worry, the mods will keep track of this for you! wondering what counts as an update? see below:

an update of your choosing that has at least 200 words. this includes narratives, social media posts, moodboards, etc (hover text and questions do count towards the minimum word count). we ask that comments are enabled and 75% of them most be responded to.

an opt out, which can earned if you post in anyhow twice between journal updates (posts in anyhow can be lyrics posts, memes, etc. but must have comments enabled and at least 75% of comments responded to to count). note: two opt outs can be used in a row.
